Hello Friends!

What an unbelievable start to fall we have had. The impact of Hurricane Helene is devastating and our hearts go out to all of Western NC and Upstate SC as they brave through the coming days, weeks, months. We are housing a family in our AirBnB from Asheville currently and hope to extend the space to whoever may need it next. We will be making a brand donation to Redcross.org to the Hurricane Helene Relief Fund and are looking to help those displaced to Charlotte feel comfortable while they are under so much stress. Stay tuned for ways in which you might be able to support the evacuees here in town.

This month that has been so wonderfully assigned to Breast Cancer Awareness is a time to focus on the huge efforts made around the world to thwart cancer's efforts to f* up peoples lives. According to the World Health Organization, breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide, both in developed and developing countries. As a brand, we drive a fundraising effort in the month of October to benefit Go Jen Go. A local nonprofit organization that provides financial support for breast cancer patients. A diagnosis of breast cancer can cripple a family financially. Go Jen Go provides support for everyday living like utilities, food, transportation and housing. A portion of profits from ALL locations (thats right, its a group effort this month) will go directly to Go Jen Go. Last year we donated over $2000.00. With your support of our small business, you too can participate in #retailforpurpose and give back with every purchase. If you feel so inclined to donate directly, please do that too!

Come and get creative with us at the Fall Birch Wreath Design Workshop in Matthews! Led by Melissa Gryspeerdt, Owner/Designer of Vintage Green, we'll provide all the necessary supplies for you to design your own stunning birch wreath and bring the beauty of fall into your home!
