This hand-burnished brass (or available in stainless steel) vial measures 1.75 total in length (1" inside in length, I have another 2" version in the shop) and 13mm in diameter and has a lid that screws off to reveal a message inside (optional). The possibilities are endless as to what you can put inside. The cap is designed with 7 circular rings so the delicate faceted brass ball chain goes through the rings and the cylinder hangs in balance! You can choose any length you like (the model wears 20 inches and 28 inches). It’s a great piece to layer with other pieces or just on its own.
Our jewelry is made of brass, which will naturally darken/patina over time. We like both ways, but if you want to bring it back to its shiniest self you can polish it with a silver cleaning cloth or just dry buff with Scotch Brite pad (the one you use for dishwashing). Don’t be puttin’ any chemicals on it.
To keep it from darkening, avoid things like wearing it while skinny dipping in the lake
