Pale straw-yellow in color. Well-balanced, delicate on the nose, with fruity and floral notes that range from apple, pear and citrus to hawthorn. Velvety, full-flavored on the palate, unfolding to a complex array of white-fleshed fruits nuances and smoothing out to a fresh, persistent finish. Extremely versatile, all-course wine. This wine is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Pavolino wines from Italy's Veneto region are Kosher for Passover and all year long. True to their terroir, the wines are also Vegan Friendly, not using any animal products in the production/filtration process. Gluten-Free.
