Hello Friends!

Oof. We skipped a month. Did anyone notice? I have been emotional exhausted by the state of our country. Anyone know what I mean? Where are we headed? What can we do? What actions make us feel empowered? For me, personally, 5calls.org has been a very easy way to feel like I am getting my voice heard. If you haven't checked it out, regardless of your side of the debate, it is easy to use, provides phone numbers and a prepared statement. For now, this is how I am taking action and up next will be my push to well being in a state of chaos...participating in All-In to Fight Cancer on March 6, celebrating Clifton's birthday March 7, International Women's Day on March 8, a trip to Dollywood on March 14th for opening weekend, St. Patrick's Day on March 17th...and SPRING! I can't wait for more daylight hours!

Speaking of well being, I, along with many many other women, am in the midst of my menopause journey. Yay me! I have been talking openly with SO MANY other women and realized that we are living in silos even though we are all experiencing so many symptoms. Impassioned to change the dialogue, we have put together this panel of two health experts to help us with all of our questions. I personally know both of these women and have been working with Dr. Melissa on my own health journey for over two years and have collaborated with Margaret for over 8 years on small business endeavors. Please join us for a casual evening at Betty. A safe place to ask the ALL the questions, be it personal, embarrassing, gross or simple, we will listen and not judge :).
